Purchase of goods and Servicing of units
All purchase and ordering of Servicing a device, must be done through Scandinavian Bike Tech\'s website.
Purchase are spare parts for Frames, Forks, Rear shocks and Seatposte for use in the customer\'s company.
Servicing a device is general preventive service inspection, repair and warranty repair of front forks, Seatposte, rear damper.
Payment
SECURITY
Payment by card is secured against misuse, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in the payment system.
EVALUATE
When buying from Scandinavian Bike Tech, it is settled in DKK.
Sweden = DKK
Denmark = DKK
Finland = DKK
No deposit fees are charged.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Bike shop can pay:
Via invoice, which is sent per. mail.
Payment must be registered in Scandinavian Bike Tech systems before the unit is sent back.
Scandinavian Bike Tech dealer can pay:
Via invoice, which is sent per. mail.
Scandinavian Bike Tech\'s bicycle dealer has a 14-day payment credit and the unit is returned as soon as possible after servicing.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE PRICE
Scandinavian Bike Tech can adjust the amount downwards if a service turns out to be cheaper than expected. If the examination of the unit reveals a further need for servicing than ordered, the customer must at all times accept the additional costs of approval via the website\'s approval system so that Scandinavian Bike Tech can adjust the amount upwards.
Pick-up in connection with device servicing
Bike shop can book a pickup (GLS / UPS) of unit for servicing via Scandinavian Bike Tech\'s website.
Pick-up fees are charged.
If a booked pick-up is not effected, the customer must pay costs in connection with a futile pick-up.
Norwegian bicycle dealer must not send units for servicing themselves and must therefore book a pick-up with the customer via Scandinavian Bike Tech\'s website.
Should it happen, however, that a Norwegian bicycle dealer sends a unit directly to Scandinavian Bike Tech, the bicycle dealer is ordered to pay for any customs duties, VAT, fees and the like that should occur.
Scandinavian Bike Tech is responsible for the return shipment.
Shipping and handling fees are charged.
Scandinavian Bike Tech\'s bicycle dealer can book a pick-up from the customer of a device for servicing via the Scandinavian Bike Techs website.
Pick-up fees are charged.
Reservations are made for price changes.
Scandinavian Bike Tech is responsible for the return shipment.
Shipping and handling fees are charged.
